1. Minimum Wholesale INTERNET ORDER IS $50.00 per ordering session. (Minimum $100.00 purchase in our Atlanta SuperStore Showroom)
2. We are Wholesale Only and do not sell retail. 3. We must have an actual copy of a Fashion related State Sales Tax Certificate ID with Tax # on it. (Actual Copy of State Tax ID Certificate with Tax # forms must be provided prior to conducting business of any kind - either sent or faxed to us - Our Fax # is 770-457-4650).
4. All prices are Wholesale and all ordered items are supplied depending on availability of merchandise in stock. Backorders are not permitted but we will make every effort to fulfill orders completely and notify our customers when items are restocked and be able to be shipped out again.
5. Shippings charges will be calculated based on weight and destination charges per UPS and will be added to your total. We will send you a confirmation e-mail with the UPS tracking number.
6. We cannot guarantee that all items and quantities will be available to be shipped at anytime.
7. All sales are FINAL. We will only credit (your account with us) for DEFECTIVE merchandise within 14 days of shipping date accompanied with the invoice and R-A #. We do not give credit back to your credit card.
8. If you receive defective items, please e-mail us your order # and item #. Please let us know what is wrong with the item. We will e-mail back with a Return Authorization # (R-A #). Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit memo to your account with us. All credits are issued on Sundays, since there is no shipping on that day.
9. *** VERY IMPORTANT *** - All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging and must not have been worn or in the appearance of being worn. Any items returned out of packaging will not be given any credit.
10. We will not accept any returns of any kind after 10 days of receiving date of merchandise. We are not responsible for any and all shipping charges that may arise for returning of merchandise back to us for credit.
11. Please check your fulfilled shipped orders carefully and notify us immediately if there is a mistake, shortage, incorrect items or defective merchandise. We will only credit (your account with us) for for any mistakes, shortages, incorrect items shipped, or defective items once these items have been properly returned back to us and/or we have checked and verified your order. We do not give credit back to your credit card. All credits are issued on Sundays, since there is no shipping on that day. We are not responsible for any returned shipping charges that you may incur.
12. Safety & Security is our Main concern as well as YOUR peace of mind! We DO NOT distribute give or share your personal information with anyone. All of your personal information is kept safely in our encrypted database which is triple secured through our secured special encrypted server system using SSL (Secured Socket Layers). Please be assured that all your information is safely stored within our secured encrypted database.
